This Whipped Feta Dip is creamy and delicious and very customizable. We love it with a pool of our Hot Honey on the top, green onions, and roasted chopped pistachios. It is great with veggies, crackers, or chips! Use it on a wrap or sandwich as a spread. Yum!

- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 12 oz. feta cheese, crumbled or block
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 lemon, juice and zest
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes, optional
For topping:
- 1/2 cup hot honey
- 1 Tbsp. minced green onion
- 1/2 cup roasted salted pistachios, chopped
Let’s whip up some Whipped Feta Dip:
Place the cream cheese, feta, garlic, basil, lemon zest and juice, black pepper, and olive oil in a food processor or bowl of a mixer. Whip until you reach your desired consistency. If you want it more smooth, add a little more olive oil and blend longer.
Crumbled cheese often has additives to help it not to clump. You can achieve a smoother finish with a block of feta rather than crumbled, but we used crumbled and loved the results.
TOPPINGS:
Add the whipped feta dip to a bowl and create a well in the middle to hold the hot honey. Drizzle the hot honey into the well then add the sliced green onions and chopped pistachios around the edge of the dip.
DIP IN:
This Whipped Feta Dip is amazing with crisp veggies or your favorite cracker. It is creamy and salty with notes of citrus and pepper. The sweet Hot Honey and crunchy salty pistachios are the perfect toppings to take the whipped feta dip over the top.

Ingredients

- 2 green onions chopped
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor or mixer and blend until you reach your desired smoothness.
- Place whipped feta dip into a bowl and create a well in the middle.
- Pour the hot honey into the center of the well and sprinkle the green onions and pistachios around the edge.
- Serve with crisp veggies or crackers.
- Cover and refrigerate for up to four days.
