Whipped Feta Dip
Creamy feta and cream cheese whipped to perfection. Packed with flavor from lemon and garlic. Topped with hot honey and chopped pistachios.

- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 12 oz. feta cheese crumbled or block
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 lemon juice and zest
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes optional
TOPPINGS
- 1/2 cup hot honey
- 1/2 cup roasted salted pistachios chopped
- 2 green onions chopped
Add all ingredients to a food processor or mixer and blend until you reach your desired smoothness.
Place whipped feta dip into a bowl and create a well in the middle.
Pour the hot honey into the center of the well and sprinkle the green onions and pistachios around the edge.
Serve with crisp veggies or crackers.
Cover and refrigerate for up to four days.
