- In a large pot fry bacon over medium heat until crispy and remove with a slotted spoon to a glass bowl.
- Add diced onion to the bacon drippings and cook until translucent.
- Add the garlic, mustard, and seasonings and cook for one minute.
- Place the cabbage in the pot and stir carefully, it goes everywhere!
- Cook for 5-10 minutes until the cabbage reaches desired softness.
- Add the bacon back to the pot and stir together. Enjoy!
