Add the butter to a pan and melt over medium heat.
Stir in the marshmallows and continue to heat until melted.
Add in the chocolate chips and stir until melted and combined.
Remove from the heat and stir in vanilla.
Add in the rice Krispie cereal and gently stir until combined.
Fill half of each lightly greased funnel or bowl with the Krispie mixture, add a Hershey Kiss to the middle and top off with more of the Krispie mixture.
Remove from the funnels or cones. Create a tip on the tops if using small bowls.
Write messages on each strip of paper and cut foil into squares.
Wrap each Krispie Kiss in foil with a tag coming out the top.
