Ingredients

  • 4 Granny Smith apples or similar tart apples, diced
  • 5 Snickers candy bars chopped
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce optional

Instructions

  • Dice the apples and add to a bowl of water with a little lemon juice, this will help prevent browning. Let soak while making the sauce.
  • Add the cold heavy whipping cream to the bowl of a mixer with 1/4 cup of the powdered sugar and whip until peaks form. Move the whipped cream to a bowl and set aside.
  • Add the softened cream cheese to the same mixer with 1/4 cup of powdered sugar and whip until smooth.
  • Add half of the whipped cream to the mixer with the cream cheese and mix until smooth, then fold in the remaining whipped cream.
  • Drain the apples while you chop up the snickers bar.
  • Once the apples are drained and not wet, fold them into the cream cheese sauce along with the chopped Snickers bars.
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
  • Best served fresh, but will keep in the fridge for a couple of days.
