Add water and milk to the bowl of a stand mixer. Sprinkle on yeast and sugar and allow to sit for a few minutes. Add melted butter and salt and mix slightly. Attach dough hook and add flour. Mix on low for 5 minutes. *If you don't have a stand mixer, you can also knead by hand for 5 minutes.Cover and allow to rise until double, about 30 minutes.Turn dough out onto a floured surface and add the extra 1/4 flour as needed. Separate into 3 equal sections.Place each section of dough into a greased loaf pan. Cover and allow to raise for one hour or until doubled. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.Brush tops with butter if desired. Cool about 15 minutes. Slice and enjoy!
