Red, White, and Blueberry Fluff Salad

A creamy base of cream cheese, pudding, and Cool Whip, filled with fresh strawberries, blueberries, and mini marshmallows. Perfect for a patriotic celebration!

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3.4 oz white chocolate pudding mix one package
  • 8 oz Cool Whip thawed
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 10 oz bag mini marshmallows
  • 2 cups fresh diced strawberries
  • 1.5 cups fresh blueberries washed and dried

Method
 

  1. Whip softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the dry pudding mix and whip until smooth.
  3. Whip in the thawed Cool Whip.
  4. Add the 1/3 cup milk and mix until completely smooth.
  5. Fold in blueberries and marshmallows.
  6. Gently fold in diced strawberries.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
  8. Best served same day.
  9. For a more festive look, top with additional stawberries, blueberries, and marshmallows.
