Greek Grilled Chicken
Fresh herbs and lemons make this chicken so bright and flavorful.

- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 2 lemons zest of one, juice of both
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh oregano chopped
- 2 tsp fresh rosemary chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh flat-leaf parsley chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 4 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast 6 large
Combine all ingredients, except chicken, in a bowl and whisk together.
Pound chicken to 1/2 inch thick.
Add chicken to a bag or bowl and pour marinade over it.
Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Grill at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 7 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Remove chicken from the grill and cover with foil. Allow the chicken to rest at least 5 minutes before serving.
