Greek Grilled Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 lemons zest of one, juice of both
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh oregano chopped
  • 2 tsp fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh flat-leaf parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 4 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast 6 large

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients, except chicken, in a bowl and whisk together.
  • Pound chicken to 1/2 inch thick.
  • Add chicken to a bag or bowl and pour marinade over it.
  • Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Grill at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 7 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Remove chicken from the grill and cover with foil. Allow the chicken to rest at least 5 minutes before serving.
