Grandma Norma's Chocolate Zucchini Cake
You would never know this cake has 2 cups of zucchini in it! It is so chocolatey, has a hint of cinnamon, and the texture is amazing. We love the brown sugar and chocolate chips on top.

brown sugar

chocolate chips

chopped, optional
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased and floured 9x13 pan.
Sprinkle with brown sugar, chocolate chips, and nuts if using.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
Notes
You can also make this in a jelly roll pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25-3o minutes.
