This vinaigrette is so delicious. It’s the perfect amount of sweet and tangy to top any salad or fruit. It comes together quickly in the blender and is amazing with our Pomegranate Pear Salad with Candied Pecans.
TO MAKE THE VINAIGRETTE:
Add 1/3 cup fresh orange juice, 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar and 1 tablespoon honey or sugar to a blender. Blend until well emulsified. Stir in poppy seeds and salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve. That’s it!

- ⅓ C. fresh orange juice
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
- Place all ingredients except poppy seeds to a blender and blend until well emulsified. Stir in poppy seeds. Refrigerate until ready to use.
