Sharing is caring!

This Orange Cinnamon Cranberry Sauce comes together in just 15 minutes! Fresh cranberries, sweet cinnamon and sugar, and bright citrus make this the perfect cranberry sauce.

For our Orange Cinnamon Cranberry Sauce you will need:

  • 12 oz. fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 oranges, zest of one, juice of both
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar

Let’s get cookin’:

Start by zesting one of the oranges and set it aside, you will add it at the end. Next juice both oranges. You will need a total of one cup of orange juice. I didn’t have quite a cup so I just added a little water to total one cup of liquid. Add the juice and both types of sugar to a pot and bring to a boil while stirring.

POPPIN’

Add the cranberries and cinnamon then reduce the heat to medium and continue stirring for 5 to 10 minutes. The cranberries will pop as they cook and the sauce will thicken beautifully.

When you reach the desired thickness stir in the orange zest and you are done! The Orange Cinnamon Cranberry Sauce will thicken as it cools. Serve at room temperature or cold.
