CREAMY CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP

Creamy broth, hearty noodles, tender chicken and lots of veggies and flavor!
Ingredients
  • 2 cups sliced carrots
  • 2 cups sliced celery
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary leaves
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ pound uncooked egg noodles
  • 3 quarts chicken broth
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cups cooked chicken
  • Seasoning salt
  • black pepper
Instructions
  1. Add oil to a large pot and add carrots, celery and onion.
  2. Saute until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and saute one more minute.
  4. Add broth, lemon juice, Italian seasoning and rosemary and bring to boil.
  5. Add noodles and boil until done.
  6. Add chicken, Parmesan and cream.
  7. Cook 2 more minutes.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
