CREAMY CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP

- 2 cups sliced carrots
- 2 cups sliced celery
- 1 cup diced onion
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary leaves
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ pound uncooked egg noodles
- 3 quarts chicken broth
- juice of half a lemon
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cups cooked chicken
- Seasoning salt
- black pepper
- Add oil to a large pot and add carrots, celery and onion.
- Saute until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add garlic and saute one more minute.
- Add broth, lemon juice, Italian seasoning and rosemary and bring to boil.
- Add noodles and boil until done.
- Add chicken, Parmesan and cream.
- Cook 2 more minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
