This recipe for Carrot Veggie Pizza has just a few ingredients and is super simple to put together. It is perfect for an Easter or Spring party. Great as an appetizer.
Ingredients
1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
8 ounce. chive and onion cream cheese spread
¼ green bell pepper, chopped
¼ cup chopped broccoli
2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
½ orange bell pepper, chopped
½ cup shredded carrots
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
Roll crescent dough out onto a jelly roll pan and form and carrot shape, pinch edges together
Bake 10-15 minutes or until golden brown
Allow to cool completely
Spread the cream cheese spread out over the cooled dough
Top with veggies
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
