Muffins

These Carrot Cupcakes are packed with fresh grated carrot and delicious spices. They are moist and not too sweet and the cream cheese frosting makes them over the top delicious! If you have never made carrot cake from scratch before, jump in and make these. These make a perfect Easter treat!

My kids cannot get enough of these Chocolate Chip Banana Monkey Muffins! We make them any time we get some good, ripe bananas, which isn’t too often because my kids gobble up bananas before they can get brown enough. Sometimes I write banana bread on the banana peels so they won’t eat them. 🙂
