Adorable Carrot Shaped VEGGIE PIZZA

Sharing is caring!

This Carrot Veggie Pizza has just a few ingredients and is super simple to put together. It makes the perfect appetizer for an Easter or Spring party!

Carrot shapes crescent roll topped with cream cheese spread and orange and green veggies.

Here’s what you need to make Carrot Veggie Pizza:

  • 1 can Refrigerated Crescent Rolls
  • 8 oz. chive & onion cream cheese spread, or veggie spread
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh broccoli
  • 1/4 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
  • 1/2 orange bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
Cream cheese spread, orange and green bell peppers, green onion, broccoli, matchstick carrots, and Pillsbury Crescents.

I chopped all the veggies that I had and it was enough for this carrot and another 9×13 pan of veggie pizza. I also saved some of the veggies to throw in a salad for later. 🙂

To make the Carrot Veggie Pizza:

Start by preheating the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Roll the dough out on a jelly roll pan. I love using my Silpat but it will be fine without it.

Crescent roll spread on a baking sheet.

Now use the dough to create a carrot shape. Make sure to pinch the seams together. 🙂

Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Baked carrot shaped crescent roll dough.

CREAM CHEESE SPREAD:

Let it completely cool and then you can go ahead and spread on the cream cheese spread. I meant to grab the veggie cream cheese spread but got home and realized I had grabbed the chive and onion. They are both yummy so you can’t really go wrong. You could use a ranch spread as well if you like.

VEGGIES:

Now just top it with the chopped veggies. I put the orange veggies in a bowl together and mixed them together and did the same with the green. vegetables, then just sprinkled them over the top. Orange for the carrot and green for the carrot top.

Bowl of chopped orange vegetables.
Bowl of chopped green vegetables.

SERVE IT UP:

Refrigerate until ready to serve, then slice however you like. You can serve it on a large serving platter or a nice cutting board. This will keep several days in the refrigerator but is best when fresh because the crust can get a little soft.
