These marinaded pork chops are out of this world. The marinade becomes a sweet and spicy sauce to serve over the meat. Great served alone with a side of Charro beans or over a bed of rice.
Ingredients
  • 1 (10 oz.) can rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
  • ⅓ cup chicken broth
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • ⅓ cup soy sauce
  • ⅓ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 pounds boneless pork loin chops
Instructions
  1. Combine all marinade ingredients in resealable plastic food bag or container with lid .
  2. Mix well and add the pork chops and let marinade in the fridge for 6 to 8 hours.
  3. Remove meat from the marinade and shake off excess.
  4. Reserve remaining marinade for sauce.
  5. Put chops on a medium/hot grill and cook each side for 5 to 6 minutes until centers are no longer pink and internal temp reaches 145 F.
  6. In small saucepan, bring remainder of marinade to a boil and boil one to two minutes.
  7. Serve sauce with the meat.
  8. This is great over rice or just by itself!
